Mel first glanced at the face of the man who was showing him the way and then passed between the two guards and entered the castle. He could catch people's glances or whispers, but it was the first time someone threatened him against his face.
"So, Master Hanry was talking about this. What kind of place have I come to?"
He was walking down the dark corridor while talking to himself. He couldn't raise his voice too much because two people began to follow him as he entered the door. The ones that came out of the shadows were all dressed in black, and the one color on them belonged to the pale metal of the daggers.
After passing through several corridors decorated with large wooden doors, he opened a door more expansive than all of them and entered inside. The red carpet in front of him and the marble columns rising on its edges were the first to catch his eyes.
