I could feel the shiver pass through me as though winter had just arrived.
"Why are you covered i-" I held up my hand, clearly exhausted and drained. I didn't have the energy to be answering everyone's questions. I didn't have the power to even be standing. So I moved to the side and continued to head to my room. Slightly more focused this time.
"Aria." She heard but ignored it until she got to the room and the guards were quick to pull the doors open for her. "Please get my bath ready, have my night dressings ready and I need rest," I said to the maids and they were quick to move. I undressed slowly only for the door to be pulled open roughly. Luckily, my privates weren't in attendance.
