Quin shot off with the young girl holding onto her and we immediately followed close by. Making sure to stick by her as she directed us through parts of the forest that were avoiding the town and avoiding the lane to the Light realm.
The further we got in the forest, the more darker the sky became and I realized that this place was not one for the weak. I was glad that Storm was different from the rest but I was also glad that none of the horses slowed down their movement, they were all so quick to travel and all so willing to sprint. Jumping and avoiding whatever was in their way.
