Hades saw Nina busy cooking but he can't go near her yet because he now knows that his future wife is a clean freak. Hades doesn't mind that because he too likes everything to be clean and organize.
Hades didn't bother Nina, who wasn't even aware that he was near her, he just hurriedly went to the bathroom to clean up.
Since his stupid cousin is dead set to plow the field, let him do that. Who told his cousin to show up in front of him and touch his wife's hair? Huh, he is really asking for death. If Nina asks him why Ares is the one plowing now, he will just say that he begged for it. It is not his fault why Ares is so stupid to enter his trap.
Hades first took a towel from his room before heading towards the bathroom. He took his time scrubbing off all the mud that got stuck from his body to make sure that Nina won't dislike him anymore.
When Hades was done, he just covered his lower body with a towel and left his upper body bare. He is not afraid of the cold anyway and he is not used to bringing clothes inside the bathroom.
When Hades opened the bathroom door he was suddenly stunned to see the door leading to the bedroom corridor also opened.
Nina finished cooking three dishes. She now feels so sticky so she decided to take a shower first before calling the boys eat.
So Nina went towards her room but when she opened the door leading to the bedrooms, she stopped.
At the other end of the corridor stands a perfectly chiseled man. Broad shoulders, wide chest, and oh, those perfect mermaid lines! Where is she? What's happening? Is this some sort of reward after a half day tiredness?
'Nina! Get a grip! When did you start to be lustful?' Nina's little angel conscience said.
'It's fine, come on, throw yourself to him. Try hanging on those biceps! I'm sure that would be fun!' the little devil conscience enticed her
Argh! She can't think clearly! So she just turned around first to go out of the corridor but before she could walk any further, her head hit the door! Damn! Stupid! Why did she forget that she closed the door?
"Nina! Are you okay?" Hades ran towards Nina to check her forehead
Hades turned Nina to face him then he became nervous when he saw her nose bleeding! He is sure that the hit was so hard to make Nina bleed!
"your nose is bleeding! Come, I'll bring you to the hospital!" Hades said panicking, not even thinking that basically, he is naked.
"No, no, no! You-you go away first move, move away" Nina nervously said. If this guy brings her to the hospital, how will she answer the doctors if they ask why is her nose bleeding? Should she say because she saw a perfect sculpted man? No! Over her dead body! She will never admit that.
Nina just kept looking up high, she really should not look lower! She knew from the start that this man is dangerous, too dangerous that it would be lethal for her!
"Are you still despising me? I already washed up" Hades said aggrievedly. Should he peel off a layer of skin to make Nina stop unliking him?
Damn, she knows! Nina said to herself. How can she not know if he smells so freaking good with his bath soap and natural man scent? No need to broadcast it! It makes her want to just sniff him all day long!
'hey, you should try removing that towel, you already saw the upper part, you also sniffed him, why not complete the set?' the little devil said again
'no Nina, that's bad. You should stick to your pure image!' the angel said trying to bring her to right path
"don't shake your head" Hades said as he held Nina! 's head to stop it from moving
Nina' s eyes are now focused on the face of the perfect sculpted man and dang, this is so unfair! Why did the author write this guy to look like this?
"M-move away, move, move" Nina can't make a full sentence now! She might have been able to talk confidently to any man from her previous life but all of them were wearing clothes!
"Do you hate me that much?"
"Idiot! Wear clothes! Who told you to walk around naked in this cold weather!?" Nina finally can't bear it, her nose is bleeding and she feels stinky, a great contrast to the nice smelling man holding her
Hades finally understood why Nina reacted like that. She's shy to see his body! He has this kind of effect on her which makes him feel that the aggrievedness he felt a while ago due to Nina's dislike already disappeared.
Nina saw the silly look on Hades' face. Really? She's reprimanding him and he can still show her that silly face?
"What's funny!?" she asked, is this man laughing at her?!
"Nothing" Hades said then he sent Nina to her bedroom's doorstep "take care of yourself for a while. I will just clean first. Wait for me"
When Hades left, Nina was finally able to breathe and think properly then she remembered that she still needs to clean her nose and take a bath!
"baby, your father will be the death of me" Nina said as she touched her still flat tummy
Nina went to her bathroom to wash her body. She looked at her face using the built-in mirror of her bathroom sink. She just realized how embarrassing it was to have a nosebleed by just looking at a man's body!
It was this body's reaction! How can it be her mind? She didn't think too much bad things okay? It's this body! How can it be too fragile to have a nosebleed?
When Nina finally convinced herself that it was her body's fault she began to wash herself. Nina just took a quick shower because she's afraid that the food that she cooked will be too cold.
Nina went out of her room to call the two men to eat, then she realized why did Hades took a bath already? Was he done cleaning and plowing the yard?
"Are you okay now? Did it bleed again?" Hades asked when he saw Nina open the door.
Hades was glad that Nina had too much reaction when she saw his body but he was also now stuck in a dilemma, what will he do if they share a room in the near future? He can't bear to see Nina having a nosebleed because of him! Should they put out the lights? But he likes to see Nina! What should he do?
"have you finished your work?" Nina asked, not bothering to answer Hades' question. She's afraid that her body will have another embarrassing reaction if she continues to reminisce about what happened a while ago.
"Don't worry about that, you should consider it finish"
"Did you ask your subordinates to finish it?" Nina feels suspicious
"Of course not" Hades denied "Okay, let's go there for you to see" Hades just said because he can see Nina's suspicious eyes
The two went to the backyard. When Nina saw the backyard, she was a little surprised. In her estimate, if she would be the one to clean and hoe the land, it would take about a week to finish it but now, it was almost done, truly a man's strength can't be compared to a small woman like her.
Then Nina's eyes turned towards the left side of the yard and her eyes became wide.
Is that Ares? Why is he the one plowing her yard now?! Nina's eyes turned to Hades
"What's the meaning of this? I thought you would accept my punishment? Why is Ares the one accepting your punishment now?" Nina asked while squinting her eyes
"I don't want to give the work to him, he begged for it" Hades innocently said
"Who in their right mind would beg to do an arduous task like that?!" Nina really should not believe this guy! Is he taking her as an idiot? Hades might have threatened Ares!
"Ares!" Hades called Ares, he needs to clean his name
Ares then looked at them, he smiled first then he waved "Brother! Nina!" he yelled back then he plowed the last piece of land before cleaning up the tools he used.
"Brother! This is really fun! I never thought that doing this kind of work is quite relaxing" Ares said when he was near them "You should call me next time you need to do something like this!"
Nina was stunned after hearing what Arss said, he doesn't look like he was threatened, right?
"Brother, don't be afraid, tell me. Did he threaten you to work here??" Nina asked her brother
"Of course not! I saw that brother was enjoying what he was doing so I wanted to try it too! He doesn't like to give it to me at first, I even begged just for him to let me! " Ares looks kinda proud because he felt that his cousin is not someone who will be moved by begging, but he did it! Well, just don't look at the trading part.
"Y-you begged?" Nina's mouth twitched, is Ares really an idiot? But he is a lawyer! A top one on that note! How can he be naive?!
Nina looked at Hades then she saw his eyes like it was saying, I told you
"oh, is that so? Are you done now?" Nina just asked Ares, she will just talk to Hades later
"Yes! It was quite easy!" Ares answered while nodding
"Then, wash up your hands and we will eat"
"ahm, lil sis, I can't eat with the two of you now" Ares said while glancing at Hades "I need to go now! Bye!" then Ares used the side of the house to go outside their yard
"What happened to him?"
"Maybe he is busy. Let's go, the food you cooked will get cold, and it's not good for you to be hungry" Hades just said, he will not bother to think about his cousin. He wasn't able to achieve the original plan of tiring Ares to death, but he was able to make him go out of their house, so it is still a victorious outcome.
