So much time have passed and all my morning subjects are finished. All my classmates went out to get their lunch, while I am taking my precious time with myself.
Minutes passed by my stomach growled due to hunger and I have no choice but to go to the cafeteria to grab some tasteless dish which is the only thing that I could afford, perks of studying in a prestigious university as a middle class student.
As expected there are lots of students eating due to the reason that the so called school prince is here eating with his friends.
Who is this school prince?
No other than James Walker. A well known student due to his family's riches but he was also famous due to his handsome countenance. He really mixed well with other famous students in the university namely Ashly Sky the school beauty, Edmund Howard the basketball varsity captain and Louise Dwight the council president. These four people are treated by the school as precious treasure since their parents are a major sponsor in the university.
This is one of the reason why I hate going to school. I hate to look at how preferential the society could be. How rich people can do whatever they want and just use their money to be treated specially by other people.
I ordered my food that consist of chicken curry, rice and spinach which is the only meal I could afford. I grabbed my meal and sit at the dark corner of the cafeteria to avoid unnecessary attention.
While I was eating I cannot help myself but to stare at the student who was seated at the far end of my table. He was neat and have a white complexion, have this eye glasses that makes him look like a genius and was surrounded by this rich kid vibe around him. If remember correctly he was Wistley Parker our class monitor who was rank first in our yearly exams and rank second as school prince.
The students here are really so far away from me. They are all above my level. If I am going to compare it to a novel. James would be the male lead, Ashly would be the female lead, Edmund and Louise would be the male lead's close friends, Wistley will be the second male lead and I am the unknown character which describes them and what is happening around them through my point of view. In short I am an extra.
While thinking about this things I didn't notice that I finished my meal. I decided to stand up and go back to the classroom to have little nap before my afternoon subject begins.
As I made my way to the cafeteria's exit I bumped into a solid chest. Looking up I saw two beautiful green orbs that looks so clear and mesmerizing. I snapped out of my daze it was the second male lead Wistley. I said my apologies and scurried away afraid to cause commotion in the cafeteria.
I arrived in my classroom and decided to take a nap forgetting my encounter to the person that holds a great significance in my life without me knowing about it.
