Autumn felt a comfortable warm arms around her body. It's been a long time since she had a hug and a sleep. It was the greatest sleep she ever had, there's no dream but just warm feeling. Suddenly she heard someone yawning just a few inches away from her face. She thought that it was just her imagination until she felt the warm breath hit her face.
"Okay, It's warm around me, what could the warm could actually be other than my cat?" Autumn thought to herself. It was all fun and games until she remembered the scene she had last night.
The blonde man she punched and the black haired mad that just arrived to the scene by asking useless questions. She blush immediately when the memory of her and the man almost kiss. So, the warm breath. Could it be?
Slowly, she opened her eyes, and saw a the blonde man face. His pale white-skin, just make Autumn mesmerize and touch it. The moment she realised that she's sleeping with someone she just met, a voice boomed, "I'm here, ya know?"
"That voice!" Autumn inner voice whispered.
She got up and to see a man from last night just sits there. Doing completely nothing. "W-what are you doing here?" Autumn stuttered. She totally f- up isn't she? Someone literally saw her sleeping with someone she doesn't know. How would she gain his trust saying it was all some misunderstanding things.
"I'm sorry that I disturbed your sleep. I'm here because last night when I got here, I want to warned him about how loud he is… but I saw he's nose was bleeding and he was lying on the floor and I think you passed out last night. I just had to take care of you two," He explained.
"I don't know if you're misunderstood or not but I'm not his girlfriend… I came here to warn him as well. But these past view days I just couldn't get enough sleep AND I accidently punched him last night. Before I could stay up more to help him I passed out instead. I'm sorry that you had to take care of us." Autumn explained while avoiding eyes contact with him.
She realised that the man has a really handsome face. He wears a pair of glasses and have that browned-skin tone. His hair is a messy black one and he has a pair of green eyes. DAMN. Must have work as a model or something, she thought.. "Oh… we could try to wake him up now. By the way, I'm the neighbour from the 12 floor, Reiq Olivian." He smiled.
"I'm Autumn, from the 10 floor." She answered.
She turned her gaze to the blonde. She started to rubs him, aggressively. "Hey loud one. Wake up." Autumn said with a loud tone. Autumn then smacked his head instead. "WAKE THE F-" Before she could finish her words, the pair of ocean-blue eyes, looking at him with sleepy gaze. He looked at her for a long time, and got smacked on the head for the second time.
"W-WHAT THE-" The man stuttered and looked around the room to make sure he wasn't in a wrong room. He looked at Reiq then at Autumn.
"Why are you two here?" He asked, nervously.
"Try to remember the scene we cause last night." Autumn answered bitterly. She's still pissed off by him for not letting her doing her work with peace.
The blonde suddenly make a huge 'O' sign using his mouth. "I didn't mean to punch you. I was about to knock the door and you opened it." Autumn explained for the second time and looked away, embarrassed since they slept together.
"I'm Reiq Olivian, I live at the 12 floor. The reason why we're both came here last night at 2AM, it's because you're loud. And by that I meant, really loud." Reiq said.
"Damn loud," Autumn replied.
"Too loud," Reiq replied.
"Loud and annoying," Autumn said again.
"For almost a month," Reiq said.
"Loud. Loud as hell," Autumn said.
"You heard her, loud." Reiq replied.
"I get it." The man finally understands. The three then stayed silent as Autumn slowly moves away from the bed.
"I didn't mean it. I thought the walls were sound proof. I apologize." He said and avoid everyone's gaze.
They all don't know what to say or do next. Reiq sighed, ''It's fine. You're new here anyway, but you should know how to respect your neighbour. I'm leaving now. See you guys later." he said as he stood up from the chair, and went away.
The two just nod at him, awkwardly. "I'm going too, bye." Autumn said and went to the same direction as Reiq.
The blonde chased her and held her arm. Autumn turned around and to saw those blue eyes again. She blushed and pulled her arm away from him. "What?" she asked, coldly. The two locked their eye contact. Blue eyes locked to black as the black got mesmerized by the blue-ocean eyes.
"I'm not waiting." Autumn said and snapped the blonde back to reality. 'What was that?' the blonde thought.
"I didn't get your name or where you live," He said.
"It's Autumn. The girl who always got disturbed by the loud music and the singing of yours each time she had to do her work or rest properly. She lives at the 10th floor. Right under this floor." Autumn replied.
The blonde smiled, his dimples suddenly showing off only to make Autumn un-comfortably like it. "I'm Aiden Sams. Howard Sams." He replied and rubbed the back of his neck. "I'm sorry about these past few weeks," he said awkwardly.
"And hey, you need to shut up and respect other who lives here." Autumn said in a serious tone before living Aiden's apartment.
"At least give me your number, we're neighbour's right?" Aiden said in a stuttered voice.
'Number my as-' Autumn thought and sighed. She takes a deep breath and look at him again with that stares again. "I'll never want to keep in touch, not until you shut up" she said and went out.
"So if I shut up, you will give me your number?" Aiden shouted and see Autumn slowly went away.
"I'll take that as a yes!" He said and smiled. He slapped his face to control the butterfly in his belly. What was that feeling? All he know is that it started when he was awake. Now that he knows that he's alone again, he smiled sadly, and closes the door.
"Aiden huh? God, I don't like him. He's a loud playboy. I can see it." Autumn said and closes her door. She was glad the nothing got steal when he's at Aiden's apartment since she didn't lock the door last night. She went to directly to her bedroom, and jump onto the bed. With the last flash of memory about Aiden's smile, she cursed and fall asleep cause of exhausted.
"Let's just hope we'll never runs to each other again," Autumn whispered.
Although she knew that was impossible, she just can't help but lie to herself.
