after working on his body for more than one-hour mark leid on the floor to rest. all sweet glands on his body started to emit sweat in mere few seconds his body was soaked in sweat. feeling tired he got up from the floor and went to his bed, then he fell on his bed and closed his eyes. unconsciously he fell into sleep.
somewhere in the city, on a bridge, a black car is moving at a high speed. inside the black car, a middle-aged lady is working on her laptop, in front of the middle-aged lady, there is a young lady who looks to be in her twenties is sitting while sipping a drink from the glass in her hand.
if Mark was in the car he can easily recognize the two people are Clare and Lilly. present Lilly is wearing a black leather jacket and jeans, she is now looking more beautiful than when she is wearing her maid clothes. they both are not talking with each other, seems they are immersed in their own thoughts.
Time passed slowly like that ten minutes are passed.'' did you observe any changes in mark's behavior today'' Clare asked Lilly still looking at her laptop screen.
Clare placed Lilly in mark's mansion to protect him from any hidden dangers. Lilly is a trained bodyguard, she may look slim but she is a professional martial artist. in fact, she can be ranked in the top 10 in the organization which trained her. at first, Lilly only behaved as a bodyguard even she is acting as a maid but after spending some time mark, Lilly liked mark very much even though he doesn't talk very much, he cares about the people around him. this factor made Lilly fond of Mark.
Lilly nodded and said'' yes, today his behavior is not the usual one. now he is smiling more and talking more, I never saw him like that'' she continued'' and also he is looking more handsome than before''.
Clare slightly smiled and nodded '' even I observed that but I am not talking about it, what I am talking about is when Mark was greeted by Robert and Henna he looked at them with a suspicious gaze'' she paused and said ''something is going without us knowing, we need to know what it is to avoid future troubles''
Lilly nodded and said'' yes, even I thought there is something amiss, you don't need to worry, I won't let anything happened to mark''
'' I believe in your capabilities, so there is no reason for me to worry'' said Clare while looking at Lilly.
'' Mark said he wants to explore this world, do you know where Mark is going tomorrow'' asked Lilly
Clare shook her head and said'' I don't know anything about his adventure plan, in fact, I was surprised when he said he wants to go out on his, in the past he never went to anyplace on his own''
Lilly nodded and said '' that's true but we can't do anything about it, maybe he wants to change. now the important thing is we need to know where Mark intends to go, if I don't know where he is going I won't be able to protect him. you need to ask him where he is planning to go''
'' you don't need to worry about where he is going and we don't need to ask where he is going'' said Clare.
''but-'' before Lilly said something Clare interrupted and said'' I said we don't need to ask him where he is going because we will know his whereabouts without asking him''
Lilly was confused and asked '' How?''
Clare asked with a slight smile on her face'' did you see a square box is on the table in the living room when me, mark and veronica are talking in mark's mansion''
''yeah I saw it, I was the gift given by you to mark as a birthday present. what about it?'' asked Lilly with a confused look on her face.
Clare nodded said'' it is not a simple birthday present, it is a smartwatch developed by one of the chief scientists in the united government''
''smartwatch.. what's so special about it, what smartwatch can do other than showing notifications and use some application'' asked Lilly even more confused.
'' it is not just a smartwatch, it is a mini supercomputer and it has a virtual assistant feature, which has the intelligence not less than a human, and its computational ability is not less than the worlds best supercomputer and also it has the ability to scan it's surrounding up to 1 kilometer if it detects any danger it will immediately inform it's owner about it'' Clare explained to Lilly.
Lilly has an understanding expression on her face and said'' so we can track Mark wherever he goes, my task became easier. now I can follow wherever he goes''
'' yes, just follow him without him noticing you'' said Clare.
''you don't need to tell me, I know how to do my work'' said Lilly
Clare nodded and said nothing. she believes that Lilly can protect Mark under any circumstances. that's why she didn't say anything. Lilly is smart, strong, and kind she is an ideal woman. so having her around Mark, Clare can be in peace.
Suddenly a question struck Lilly's mind and she asked Clare '' aunt Clare, I have a doubt what if mark didn't wear that smart. I remember he already has a smartwatch, after knowing your gift also a smartwatch he may keep it for later use without wearing it''
''it's your job to make him wear it, I hope it not a big deal for you'' said Clare while looking at Lilly with a slight smile on her face.
''of course it not a big deal for me, I just need to say some words to him, after that he will wear it on his own'' said Lilly with a pride look on her face.
''I know you can do that'' said Clare with a knowing look on her face.
while they were talking the black car suddenly stopped in front of an apartment. when the car stopped Clare and Lilly looked outside from the window. knowing that she reached her apartment she prepared to get down from the car. before leaving the car Lilly said goodbye to Clare and she left the car and entered the apartment. after that Clare also left that place.
inside the mark's mansion
After sleeping for four hours mark opened his eyes and he got down from his bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower. because of the workout that he did, his body is filled with sweat so he went to take a shower.
completing taking his shower he came out of the bathroom and went to his wardrobe to take a new dress to wear. he has taken out a blue T-shirt and black jeans, after wearing the dress he went to the mirror to check himself out. he looked in the mirror, he saw himself looking at him. he looked at his present body, his present body is not as fit as his original body. it's a long way to make his present body reach the standards of his original body. he smiled bitterly while looking at himself in the mirror.
