I wake up in my bed room beside Nathaniel. A sting in my head made everything loud and painful. I try to remember last night but nothing comes to mind. I sit up immediatly, I was shirtless and the only thing I was wearing was some boxers. I tried to get out of bed but Nathaniel woke up.
"You were more stupid than usual yesterday." I push Nathaniel off the bed and he falls strait on his back, gasping once he hits the ground. "That was certainly unnecessary." He said formally.
I go the the edge of my bed and I look at Nathaniel who's lying on the ground. "I don't remember anything from last night." I said worried. Nathaniel stood up and looked me dirrectly in my eyes, with a worried expression.
"Wait so you don't remember our moment?"
"What?"
"Mackenzie, we kissed and had sex on this very bed." I look at Nathaniel dumbstruck, not saying a single word. I back up but Nathaniel gets closer keeping us an inch from touching lips.
"I could remind you. If you want." I grab his cheeks and quish them together, pushing him away from my face. "No thank you, I'd rather not remember." I said pushing him off me. Nathaniel starts to laugh.
"You should see the look on your face, don't you worry nothing happened, I'm just messing with you. Although you did say some interesting things." Nathaniel said standing up. I was curious but decided to hide under the cover just incase I needed to hide in embarrasment.
*Flash back* *Nathaniel's POV*-----
"It's a guy."
"What? Mackenzie are you bisexual?"
"What no! I'm straight, I mean it's only one guy, I think all the other ones are revolting." I laugh at Mackenzie's shy drunkard state. But I decide to bring him home.
-----
At home, eating dinner.
"Is something the matter with Mackenzie?"
"No! Nothing wrong I'm not drunk! Hic* You're drunk!" He says eating the poutine Meredith bought.
-----
I'm holding Mackenzie by the arms, trying to restrain him from going into the liquor cabinet. He already drank another bottle by himself and I was having alot of trouble getting him away from it.
"Jax! I'm thirsty let me have more to drink!"
-----
Mackenzie just finished puking all over his clothes and here i was undressing him.
"Hmm, you look good in this position." I look at him and then start to rush. I was also under the influence so there was no telling what I might do. But when he looked at me like that, I almost lost it. I finished undresing him and I push him on to the bed.
"Ahh, hah, you like it rough don't you, push me again." He said standing up. I push him again but I wrap him in the covers.
"Nooo, I'm not tired, hic*. I want another drink!" He said struggling.
End of flash back* *Mackenzie's POV*-----
I was hidding underneath the covers refusing to look at Nathaniel. 'Did I really say that I like a guy? Did I really flirt with Nathaniel? Kill me please!' I thought to myself.
Nathaniel stole the blanket to see me covering my face with my hands. He laughs and grabs my arms pulling them away from me. I look at him embarrased. He smiles at me reasurringly.
"Everything I said last night is a lie. I was drunk and I had no clue what I was saying." Nathaniel's smile got even wider.
"Does that mean you love me? Because last night you yelled I hate you." My face go's beat red and I take my arms back to cover my face.
"The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference." I say bluntly. "So I don't love or hate you." I correct while sitting up. "How did my mom take me coming home drunk?" I asked worried.
Nathaniel grabs his neck and pinches his lips together. His squinted eyes gave me my answer and I was worried.
Meredith is a sweet and loving lady, but if you mess up her schedules or come home drunk, she turns into a raging lady who loves to throw things. I happened to do both.
I ran my fingers through my planium blonde hair, I slap both my cheeks and stand up. I put on my blue denim jeans with multiple rips and a simple yellow hoodie that I would wear with my jean jacket that Nathaniel brought. I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and comb my hair just so I could run my fingers through it again and mess it up. I get out of the bathroom and Nathaniel was ready.
He decided to wear black jeans, his black army boots and a loose gray t-shirt that suited his body perfectly. He decided not to wear his leather jacket but wore his black sunglasses and a black fadora hat. I was impressed by Nathaniel's stylish attire, and I was curious about the occasion.
"Damn someone's dressing to impress. Whats the occasion?"
"Your birthday of course, I knew you'd dress nicely and I wanted to beat you." He said smiling. He spreads his one arm and grabs his hat with the other. Without taking off the hat he spins around and I clap laughing. He does a few model poses and snaps his fingers while puckering his lips at the finaly of his little yet fabulous show.
I was happy with Nathaniel and I was worried to an extent about my mom. It's my birthday and she made this rule to always be nice to eachother on holidays so I knew she wouldn't give me that much of a hassel.
I see my mom and Silvia at the stove cooking breakfast. Silvia was cooking bacon and eggs while Meredith cooked pancakes.
We sat at the kitchen table and Nathaniel acted like he was apart of the family, talking with my parents like it was normal and embarrasing me with storys, I enjoyed the sight even with Silvia and Meredith's playful moods. My happiness overwhelmed their emotions and I couldn't stop myself from smiling to the point my cheeks started to hurt.
