"Golden?" Desmond murmured, taken aback when the entrance of the gave began to welcome the force of a strong wind. The leaves that covered the entrance of the cave danced along until rays of gold began to descend from above.
Wisdom and the squirrel, paved way from the entrance as clopping sound of hooves landed yonder.
"Evander!" Wisdom exclaimed in a tone of joy at his presence.
"Little owl," the response of a voice so sweet, gentle and meek, followed before his entrance.
The rays seemed to come from his skin, almost blinding the three that had to squint before the he stopped himself from glowing. Wisdom used her wings to protect her eyes as well as that of the squirrel from his rays. Desmond also did the same.
When the lighting of the cave returned back to its original state, Desmond snatched the opportunity to behold the betrothed to Pure, yet inwardly, he still did not get why it was to . . . A horse.
