Demona's eyes widdened a bit. It was so slight that it could not be noticed.
"Sofia?" He called, surprised. Jane heard the surprise in his voice. Sofia just stared, not saying a word.
Next she breathed in, beofe saying:
"I came to check if she was done with your wounds."
Demona and Jane, separated from their positions at her words, realizing how they were.
"But It seems . . ." She tilted her head slightly, with a very indecisive smile,
" . . . She is still busy."
She ended, turning away to leave.
Jane ignored the woman, and just focused on Demona who did not seem to notice her existence anymore.
'Who in this freakish world is that woman?'
Demona stood up, leaving Jane. He did not need to excuse himself. For some moments at some of his movement he could feel the pains but he braved it all, as he walked up the stairs.
Sofia was standing at her shelf where the picture of she and her brother were.
