We join our heroine today in his race against the clock for his life. A Gorilla hot on his ass has finally caught up and we just found out that it can breath fire. True name Lavarilla a fire Gorilla. Sadly Jiang Hao doesn't know this.
Jiang Hao was sprinting through the forest if you could call it that at this point. He was going so fast it looked like fire was coming out of his ass, and well it was. The gorilla lit Jiang Haos ass on fire but couldn't mawl him to death due to Jiang Hao's new movement technique forest steps.
Above the trees standing in the air you can see the outline of the grand chase which started straight but ended up curving every few meters.
Jiang Hao at this moment was cursing out Lia and The fire gorilla. Lia for putting him in this mess and the gorilla for chasing him for this long.
Jiang Haos been running for around 2 hours at this point and doesnt seem to be able to last much longer. He speed hasnt increased and the gorilla seems to be in peak condition.
All around Jiang hao fire was spreading and trees were flying over his head. These trees were on fire as well causing him to have to change directions just to avoid the fire. He's been zig zagging for ages now and has no clue what to do.
Another tree flys over creating a loud crashing sound Jiang Hao turned again but not without consequence. The gorilla was finally close enough and sung its massive hand at Jiang Hao sending him flying.
He landed a few meters away with a deep imprint in his body and coughed up blood when he tried to get up. The gorilla jumped up into the air and landed on Jiang Hao landing spot.
Jiang Hao just rolled away from the crash site saving his ass before he was sent flying again by another strike. This time he coughes up more blood and even broke a few bones in his arms and fractured his ribs.
Jiang Hao barely could push himself up to his feet but did and started a mad dash with a new burst of power to get away. The gorilla wasn't having any of it. He grabbed a tree and chucked it at Jiang Hao landing sqaure on his back and he was sent with the tree before crashing a little bit away. The gorrila covered this distance in a few seconds before crashing on the trre shattering it. But discovered Jiang Hao wasn't there.
Yes Jiang Hao lived somehow. He used the tree as a platform and jumped off it getting away and avoiding being pinned to the ground. He was still running with him arms dangling down his sides unable to be used but kept running till he saw the forest get brighter. He broke through the brush and final made it out of the forest were Lia was waiting with a smirk and her eyes closed.
Soon after the gorilla came out of the forest and went the Lia before standing behind her obediently.
Jiang Hao was still catching his breath while checking on himself before he realized the gorilla standing there. He started at them and finally put 2 and 2 together and realize this was all Lia's fault.
Before he could call her out Lia clapped her hands and laughed. "Good job you survived" Jiang Hao eyes twitched and his stand wobbled "Yo- All women are scary" Was the last thing he said before collapsed.
Lia finally opened an eye after hearing something fall. Thats when she noticed his appearance and that he collapsed. She scratched he head before shaking it. "I think we might have over did it" She picked up Jiang Hao before she dissapeared into the forest along with the gorilla.
