Alex heaved a sigh of relief. He'd made it finally. Looking down at his watch he thought that maybe he'd arrived before Ms-I'm-always-before-time even. Glancing around he noticed Cat moving around the halls. She'd been enjoying her walkabout in the European Art gallery when she finally noticed him walking towards her. Her beautiful, chatoyant eyes gleamed in amusement as they took in his green t-shirt, grungy jeans, and dark coat.
"Hi," She smiled shyly, "I see that you dressed up for the occasion."
"I know you like this art stuff more than anything in the world, but come on, let's go do something fun, now," Alex grumbled giving her an injured puppy look that she found absolutely adorable.
"I'm convinced," Cat drawled sarcastically.
