Cat quickly changed into loose-fitting pants and a cream shell blouse. She went to check on Mia's progress and found the girl sitting on the bed looking sad and pensive.
"Mia, what's wrong?" She asked concerned.
"Mrs. K-I mean, Cat do you think it's possible not to hurt someone? But you're keeping a secret to not hurt them...but you know it's going to hurt them...in the end. Real bad, you know?" Mia looked up at her with questioning eyes waiting for her to solve the problem.
Oh, child, you're asking the wrong person. One who made every single mistake in the book.
"Is it really that bad?" She clarified instead.
"Uh-huh," The little girl nodded as she gazed up at her expecting all the answers.
"And that someone will be really hurt?" Cat interrogated further.
Mia nodded.
"And there's nothing to be done about confessing the secret or maybe changing it?"
