"Is that the real reason why Melissa hated you?" Raf asked Jorge, remembering a moment in the past where Melissa would not talk to him for years after Oliver's death.
He never did understand the full context of the problem between Melissa and her father. He always thought that it was due to Oliver's dislike of working for their company and his uncle's dislike of their passion for surfing.
He thought that Melissa and her father did not see eye to eye when it came to Oliver. But it seemed that he had been wrong all along. Melissa did not share that part of her discovery with him. He wondered why because after Oliver's death, they did become real close.
