"I hope I did not come on a bad time." Putting her arms slightly around his shoulder as she kissed him on the cheeks.
"No, not at all, Johanna." He led her to the sofa inside of his office. "What can I do for you?" He asked, sitting just adjacent to her.
He wondered what brought her to his office after all these years. Although they sort of reconnected during an event, he felt it was not enough for them to be doing social calls. However, he was not going to be rude and was curious to hear her out.
"I'm sorry to bother you like this. I still consider you as my friend, and I am hoping that you feel the same way still with me." She slightly wiggled uncomfortably in her chair as she lowered her eyes, not wanting to look at him.
"Of course, we are still friends." He assured her as he stared at her, completely puzzled by the way she was acting or the reason for her presence.
