"I also love my daughter and I would like to try to help her for the last time. I will give my guarantee to Edmond that Sofie will never bother them anymore, not ever."
Kevin was overwhelmed with too many information that needed to be processed but ultimately, it will be Edmond who will decide whether to agree to the bargain or not. He will only have to counsel.
The request of Sofie's dad might look straightforward. For others, it may look like a fair bargain but for the victims, it will be life changing.

"I understand you Mr. Cunningham. From a point of view of a father wanting to help his daughter, I would say that your plea bargain would be understandable and reasonable but for the perspective of the victims, it may not be that easy."
