mc is reborn into my hero academia as a ajin with a ghost that has all the powers of the other ghost witch is wings super speed and the the edited version of the flood where mc can summon 10 more weaker ghost to help him.
mc will then go on to grow up with deku and bakuhoe as childhood friend until he moves to America before the bullying started.
deku becomes a villain not the one where he joins L.O.V but the one where he snaps and kill several student and becomes a fugitive.
mc will find deku after he returns from America a day after the incident mc will talk deku into becoming a villain because he always hated how racist the were. the story will be similar to the fanfic mind vs might with the way deku gets strong with bionics.
mc will make deku the leader as he gathers quirkless he caught trying to commit suicide.
