"Grrrrh." A low growl escaped Fejiro's mouth. His eyes were glowing in a murderous red light. He focused on Ani like a predator staring at its prey.
"Well this is troubling, I didn't think the stone would push you to early green grade. Looks like I have to take this seriously, too bad for you though, I'm already at the peak of green grade." Ani said while pulling out a whip from her waist. It was pitch black, extremely long and flexible. Soon after a purple aura began to cover her body before it encased the whip as well. She looked like she was holding a long beam of purple light.
"Let's begin."
As if that phrase was a signal, they both shot forward at incredible speeds.
BOOM!
CRACK!!
SMASH!!!
Every attack and parry caused shockwaves and the stray energy damaged the surroundings. Fejiro would throw a punch and Ani would knock it away with her whip, then when she struck out Fejiro would tank the blow just to have a chance to launch another attack. He was fighting like a mindless beast, every attack aimed at shredding his opponent apart without a care for the injury he received. As they fought they moved from their original location which only served to spread their destruction further. Throughput the fight Ani seemed to have a calm expression as if her life was never in danger and everything was under her control. There was a clash of attacks and the resulting shockwave forced them apart. Fejiro was prepared to resume the attack when his stumbled. His vision began to blur and he started to lose strength in his limbs.
"So it's finally kicked in? It took longer than I thought." She said calmly, a smirk beginning to appear on her face.
Looking at Fejiro he had wisps of purple ki spread around his body. Every time they clashed small amounts of Ani's ki would leave her weapon and latch onto his body, it also didn't help that he wasn't defending against her attacks. Her ki seemed to have a poison/acid attribute as it was corroding his body and ki, slowly eating away at it.
"The moment this fight began you were already destined to lose. Just give up and die like the worm you are."
"You..." Fejiro seemed to gain some threads of sanity as his raging energy was being suppressed.
"What?"
"You...are...evil."
"So what if I am?"
"I'm...going...to...kill...you." He said weakly.
"You, kill me? Don't make me laugh. Can you even move?" She said tauntingly but she soon frowned as Fejiro reached for the stone in his necklace that had somehow remained around his neck throughout the battle.
"What are you doing?"
He didn't say anything but he could feel it, during the fight he could feel a connection with it. He could feel that he could break it now. Why it was so? He had no idea. He hurriedly started pouring whatever ki he had left into it, it wasn't much since a lot of it was busy fighting the purple ki invading his body. As if resonating with his ki, the energy stone trembled before shattering instantly. What remained floating on his palm was a small sphere of red ki with the yellow ki at its core. Even though it was small both he and Ani could feel that it had more energy that they had felt in their entire lives, it was a wonder how that energy remained in it's compact form and hadn't already exploded and killed them both. As if by instinct Fejiro started to move the sphere to the region of his chest where his heart lay. Ani tried to stop him but she couldn't move, the energy from the sphere had rooted her to the spot in fear. Her face was pale as she sweat buckets as she thought of the consequences of what was about to happen.
The sphere passed through his flesh like it didn't exist. It then entered his heart, absorbing the yellow ki that stayed there before anchoring itself in the center of the heart. Nothing happened for a moment which confused Fejiro before;
BOOM!!!
An ear chattering shockwave erupted from him which sent everything in the vicinity, including Ani flying.
"Arrrrrhhhh!!!"
Following that was an blood curdling scream that escaped Fejiro's mouth. With the new powerful yellow ki taking the place of the old one, a more violent red ki appeared. It tore through his body, breaking bones and rupturing his organs. As his vision began to fade, he saw Ani running off in the distance. Not wanting to her to escape he swiped his hands at her that sent out a claw shaped red ki attack which also obliterated his hand in the process. Seeing the attack, she had tried to block it with her whip but it tore through it like butter before doing the same with her and then continued forward. Seeing her dead, he smiled before losing consciousness.

Some distance away, a group of armoured soldiers were picking themselves off the ground, looks of horror apparent on their faces. Seconds earlier they had been advancing smoothly when all of a sudden an energy wave greater than they had ever felt hit them and causing them to fall on faces.
They could tell it was coming from the direction they were heading towards and now they were second guessing if they should continue.
"Captain, what do we do?"
Raphael didn't have time to answer before he felt another energy wave approach.
"Dodge!"
His men who were already on high alert followed his command immediately as a red claw attack flew passed their original position. Seeing this helped the captain make his decision.
"Send word back to base, tell them to inform the commander that there's a potential white grade beast here. For now we will proceed slowly while waiting for reinforcement."

In Fire City, the emergence of the blood red sky had attracted the attention of everyone. On a balcony of a certain highrise, a man stood staring at the sky with a curious expression on his face. Soon an armoured soldier entered and immediately bowed before him.
"Commander Felix, we've received word from a team close to the center of origin of this phenomenon. They believe that this is the work of a white grade beast." He said respectfully.
"Oh, so a beast might have caused this? It would explain the primal aura emanating from it. Let's go take a look, shall we?" He said turning around showing that he was wearing bulky armour like the others but seemed to be much tougher and have a regal design to it. He walked off with the officer closely following behind.

Someplace hidden a woman wearing a lab coat also watching the sky. Then a stout man approached her from behind.
"Doctor are you seeing this?" He asked.
"What else could I be seeing?" She replied with a mocking tone.
"If this is what I think it is then we might be in trouble." The man said not really caring about her earlier statement.
"Relax, no need to worry. Just have our spies investigate it and if it really is what we believe then we will proceed from there."
"Understood."

"Where am I? Am I dead?" Fejiro asked as his consciousness floated in the void.
"At least mum is safe, I can rest easy now."
"No, she's been badly hurt. She needs medical attention. I need to help her. I need to wake up, come on Fejiro wake up." As he tried to rouse himself, he saw a large swirl of red energy appear around him. He looked towards the center and saw a mass of yellow inside the raging storm.
"Is this? Am I inside my body?" He said as he reached his transparent hand towards the yellow mass and touched it.
"This has always had the ability to control the raging energy so do it again. Control it and fix my body." He commanded it.
On the outside world, vein-like lines of yellow ki began to stretch out and latch onto the raging tide of red ki. Soon the energy calmed down and withdrew it into what was left of Fejiro's body which was nothing more than a mass of torn flesh and broken bones with a weakly beating heart. The vein-like lines glowed and the calmed red ki began to move throughout his body albeit gentler. It began repairing his body, mending broken bones and reattaching torn flesh. Soon the body was back to what it was albeit a little pale due to blood loss. Fejiro's eyes slowly opened as he looked around noticing Ani's severed body in the distance. He ignored it as he began to crawl back to his house.
"Come on, you can do it." He encouraged himself as his body ached and felt numb at the same time. It took him about five minutes to make his way back into the house, up the stairs and into the his room where he had laid her. He moved a chair towards the bed and pulled himself up on it. He then placed his hand on hers as he did commanded the yellow ki to heal her. The yellow ki then sent soothing red ki into her body which began to repair the damage done to her. Seeing that it had worked Fejiro soon passed out from mental exhaustion.
