Chapter 151 - The Ancient

This is indeed disturbing. I do not appreciate the fact that I let a traitor run amok among us without our knowledge. I consider this a swipe against myself. Grave's heart is still pounding as loud as before, which means he has still not found these "church, stone, and guardian". And in my gut, I feel like I must do everything I can to stop them.

Using blood wielding is offense enough for one man, but he called the other man his father, which raises the possibility that there are other humans who use this forbidden wielding. For beings with souls to conduct blood wielding, it is an affront to our very souls. In fact, I am surprised he can still move around and breathe after he performed that ritual. Blood wielding is supposed to destroy the rhythm of the human soul. He should be writhing in pain right now.

And to think he would be assigned this case…what a bad state of irony.

All in all, my day is not going too well.
