Chapter 125 - The Wielding

SGT. WILLOW ASTRE

This inferno…..so…..beautiful.

Yes, it's such a marvelous sight to behold, the crimson sky a view to feast upon.

It's not just me, everyone else is at awe at the sight. All around m, personnel and civilians have stopped what they have been doing, all looking at the sky, some pointing at it, some merely gaping with awe. The wielding has silenced all electronic devices in the area, making the hushed and awed murmurs all the more audible.

It's as if the earth has been encased in a glowing crimson orb. The flames swirl in twisting and circular patterns here and there, like a red Van Gogh painting with the sky as its canvas. Touches of orange and yellow are speckled all over the red carpet, adding to the lustrous display.

I can't help but gasp at the sight, like many around me. Breathtaking indeed.
