The man is finally unconscious. He lies in a pile of rubble and in the middle of a great puddle of his own creation.

I didn't get to ask about where they got this new weapon of theirs, but I'll have plenty of time for that when we take him into custody. For now, it's more important to completely sort out this mess first. 

I look all around me. It's a mess of water of rubble of rocks. This is the reason why wielding fights are regulated, it's a hassle to deal with the aftermath, along with several other reasons. If wielding was just allowed unregulated, the world would be in disarray and in total disorder, as people everywhere just do their thing where they feel like doing it, without regard for order.
