As they went deeper in forest, Mist started to fade away. Yuki and Lui found themselves in rather peculiar spot.
A plain land in forest surrounding a temple from all sides. In front of that stood something around size of man.
Following minute Daichi's party showed up. They both saw each other.

Young men holding a single handed sword with both hands. Fast enough, he was hardly catched by naked eye. His sword made little sound of wind being cut as the monsters Hp melt every sec.
Monster roared, unleashing his ace. A bright orange flame roared as he did. Powerful enough burn entire map.

Yuki flew and pierced his blade into monsters right arm and dragged his blade cutting it down.

Yuki crawled up, " it sure costed a lot then i expected". Huh *Smiling* Trying to save other, neither saves me nor others.
Yuki stood up,"i should take some heals". There is still 2 minutes before he can use his ace again.
"Save Me", She said hopefully lookin at the guy standing above her,

"You mean Me?" Yuki turned back. A black haired fair tall guy, his eye's was glowing bright red.
"Help me!! If i die here, i will lose all my loots" She said in uncertainty of loss.

Yuki's laugh echoed through the forest as he watched that girl die.
Darn that girl wasted my 10 second, anyway i got amount of heal i needed from her.
Yuki charged again, dealing considredable amount of damege, but his Cd reset before he died.
Monster charged his ace, but Yuki didn't stood this time. He knew it was only one blow away. He charged towards flame.

Cause it never existed in first place, only thing that existed was that monster and people who were eaten by it. So i can only come with one possible explanation that, Stomach of that monster is interpreted as Kingdom.

He loved his country to a pretty great extent, he was too devoted it. Only thing he seeked to see his Kingdom be the victor. The wasn't easy but he was determined. He seeked help from science and black magic. "Victory bring happiness, failure brings lesson but what is point of that Victory you can't even enjoy?"

He has eaten enough people to say he contains a kingdom inside his belly. That's why people say "Once there was kingdom in Mist".
