After the ice god's death, all the sins of Fengge and Su Ying became forgiven. The prime evil lord became overwhelmed with grief and locked himself up in his palace with the ice god's body. Meanwhile Fengge was moved back to his palace and Su Ying was released. Su Ying cried for so many days upon seeing Fengge lying down lifeless. She cried even more for him when she heard about the ice god's death.
Many years passed and Su Ying stayed taking care of Fengge who was unconscious. The heavenly realm had officially fallen into chaos without the crown prince and the ice god whom was feared by the three realms. Meanwhile Jiayi tried her best to comfort the heavenly king because although he had pretended not to be affected, the heavenly king started to feel lonely.
