Tall skyscrapers towered above me. They sparkled in the night, reflecting the moonlight that desperately broke through the dust and fatigue of the day. I looked out over the city from the rooftop and couldn't take my eyes off the city lights. It was beautiful, no doubt about it. But it was beautiful only if you look at it from afar. But if I think back to what I saw during the day, everything ceases to be beautiful.
