Chapter 54

I ran my hands through my hair, sighing in exhaustion as I flicked my laptop close and then removed it from my bed. I had gotten home earlier that day to meet the load of work Allysyn had sent to me from the office. It was not work exactly but it was all the mails I had to write back to.
I had been at it all day, trying not to get too distracted with the thoughts of Rae, with the fact that I had her in my bed just some hours ago. I also tried hard not to take too much deep breaths, subtly searching for the scent of her that lingered on my pillow and sheets. I tried not to strain my ears too much, in hopes that I would hear her soft moans. I had known I was done for since I had started to get attracted to Rae Keller but I just did not know how much, I did not know that I would have no escape, I would probably be hers forever, if she would have me.
I sighed again.
