"Enjoy your ice cream and have a splendid day!" Granny Shey said the the girl who had skipped in earlier to buy three carts of ice cream for her friends that waited excitedly outside the ice cream shop.
I smiled and waved as well, happy at the crazy growth our ice cream shop had gotten over the couple of months, we were gradually becoming the talk of the whole town and it was a very satisfying thought.
I looked around our filled to the brim shop, customers of varying ages and sizes filled all the chairs in our shop, happily taking their ice cream and chatting with their friends, the ones that came alone were more content, yak in g their ice cream and pushing their nose down into their phones, unbothered.
