It had been a month since he had seen the love of his life since he had learned of everything that had happened with Hera. A month since he breathed her cinnamon scent in, and it's safe to say, he was missing his woman.
The packs knew that their queen was alive, and they could feel the Calmness of the alpha king, which meant that he knew where she was and that she was safe. That gave them the hope that they would soon reunite with their mates.
It also acted as motivation for them to build their home.
The kingdom that was once deserted and left with bodies upon bodies was now getting some life. The barriers had been strengthened, and only the wolves could get in. Every other supernatural or human was not allowed in, and it was okay because they didn't want a repeat of what had happened eighteen years ago.
