They could either put their brains together and fix this, or they would wait and watch the home they had worked so hard to rebuild go back into ashes. It was somewhat sad that they were all so dangerous to the point that one misstep on their end could doom the whole of Alexei.
They were dangerous for their people but never to their people. They were harsh, the breed of death, but none of that mattered here because they were the only people who could protect their home.
Granted, they were the dangers that everyone needed to stay away from; they were the red alerts, and everything wrong theta could ever go wrong in the society, but then their anger could only be unleashed when they were provoked.
Maybe there was a reason for all this, and maybe there was something behind the whole fiasco and how different they were, but what if there were no maybes, and this was just an unfortunate occurrence in the cycle of time? What if?
