[Two weeks ago, in Alexei]
It had just been two days since the royals took time to restore and charge. There was nothing unusual in Alexei. Everything seemed okay. The alphas and Lunas who had remained in Alexei knew what to do to hold the fort.
As Angelo had commanded, a section of the Alexei warriors and alphas had gone to the Vazirian war. It was a decision made with a lot of difficulties considering most of the people in Alexei kingdom were still angry at the vampires.
Their anger was justified, though. The vampires had helped the falci kidnap their enforcer and even poison the royal beta. As if that was not enough, the vampires had made it harder for the alpha king and the Luna queen to understand each other.
