Rhian
"Perfect target. Yass!" She said to herself as she eyed the watch on her target's hands. He was getting out of the restaurant, and judging by his appearance he was stinking rich. The rings on his fingers looked gold-plated, and the watch on his arm was definitely worth millions.
It looked important to him, but he could just afford another one like that unless it was a gift from his mother or father. However, judging by the outlook of the watch, it was a new generation apple watch, one that could only be found in this generation.
It was not from another generation, and that made her release a sigh of relief. At least she wouldn't have to feel bad for taking it from him, not that she ever felt bad for anything she did. She was a good thief, and she never killed her victims. She was simply one of the good guys in their business.
Picking her favorite 'orphan clothes,' she ruffled her hair, messing it up in the process while getting ready for the greatest act of all time.
Easy peasy, that's how she would do it.
This was a one-time deal, and if she screwed up, then she wouldn't be able to get another watch like that. That would mean that her collection would be deprived of a valuable. With her dirty bowl, she set off for the mission.
She walked slowly, occasionally pausing in the pretense of a hurting leg. She would hesitate for a while, and resume her walk of fame.
The guards at the door were obviously not going to let her in, and she was counting on that. She would cause a ruckus in the name of being hungry, and only then would she be able to grab the watch, otherwise it would all be a fail.
"The sales were okay this week, but I feel like we should do more boss, maybe we can encourage the teams to put in more effort." One man in a grey suit told the target.
"Yeah, that would be okay, at least then we will be able to find better strategies to market our products. I must say, the profits aren't so bad," the target responded as he looked around.
He seemed uneasy, that or the fact that he was probably getting late for an appointment. With these rich people, it was hard to know what got them antsy.
"Relax Carl, the car will be here any minute now. You look too uneasy." So the target was known as Carl, she wondered for herself. Such a pretty name for a pretty boy, damn.
'Well Carl, I would say nice to meet you, but this is business, and I don't make any communication with my targets. Apologies in advance,' She mumbled to no one in particular as she closed in, and got ready for the catch.
'This should be fun,' she thought to herself as she began closing in.
Anyone who saw her could tell she was not faking it. She looked hurt, she was hurt, but that was because she had opened one of her wounds, and decided to do nothing bout the blood flowing.
The guards were eyeing her keenly, as she limped with her bowl. She looked like she could faint any moment, but that was not the plan. She had to make it through this. Her stubbornness hadn't even allowed her to assess the damage she had done to herself.
If she continued this, then she would lose two things. Her watch, and her life. This was supposed to be a performance but it seemed like she was going to have to pull herself together first.
"Help me with food, even a little. I'm starving. Please." She meekly told the guards at the door. Carl and his companions seemed to have moved a few feet away from her since she was stinking.
Her plea was going to go unheard as she had planned. She was just one step to winning. With the guard's refusal and denial, she went to Carl, and started pleading, even almost fainting while at it. She was not going to lose, and if her body lost, then her soul would come back for her target's watch.
She held onto the watch and could feel it.
"Too easy," she thought to herself while she slowly lost consciousness as the bowl slipped from her fingers. The last thing she heard was someone talking with a very dirty mouth. Who knew rich people could curse?
Damn, and with that, she fell into the darkness.
**
She woke up feeling like she was in heaven, and if this was heaven, then she was ready. She couldn't remember the last time she had gotten some good sleep. Maybe she really fell asleep this time, and boy it felt so good.
She could feel the pillow next to her, and she snuggled closer. If this was a dream, she didn't want to wake up from it. That would be the worst thing that could ever happen to a beautiful girl like her.
Beautiful.
Girl.
Beautiful girl.
Beauty.
This time she was not supposed to use her beauty to get to her target. The bowl should have worked. But why was she in an unfamiliar place feeling so comfy?
"Fuuckk!" she screamed as she got out of her comfort zone. This shouldn't have happened. This never happened.
She never made mistakes. So where in the hell was she, and why? She tried remembering the last thing that happened, and as she recalled, she felt stupid for failing her mission.
She hadn't even noticed the pair of eyes that was looking at her in anger. The eyes that were furious yet amused at the same time. When she had screamed, she hit her head hard, but that was not her main focus, she needed to know where she was.
What she didn't realize was that she was not on a bed, but she was on a seat in a fancy restaurant. Her head was on a pillow that was laid on her target, Carl's lap. For the second time, her beautiful mouth cursed her this time.
"Shit, what's that smell?" she tried thinking of anything but the smell seemed to fill her nose.
The eyes that were trained on her were confused. This woman was either bipolar or extremely clumsy if she didn't remember anything. When she seemed to get back in touch with her current state, and her reality, the only thing she could manage was a dirty mouth, again.
"Oh fuck me."
