I guess it's true when they say time flies when you're having fun, it's been almost two hours and me and Vho Mishumo have been hitting it off pretty well. We talked and laughed most of the time and she even showed some of Thendo's baby pictures[inside chuckle]. We were discussing the oppression and evolution of Venda women and she stopped and stared at me for a while. Okay i have to admit that i felt a tad bit uncomfortable now and i slowly put down the teacup and lowered my head. Vho Mishumo placed her hand on my chin and motioned for me to look up, i hesitated at first but i finally gave in. "You remind me so much of my younger self, so beautiful, delicate and poise. Not only that but you are very intelligent and resilient, you are definitely going places Mme Luvhengo" she said while staring deep into my eyes. I was lost for words, no one had ever made me feel so good about myself before... Let alone a royal! Our little love fest was interrupted by Thendo's mom as she flung the lounge room doors wide open. She gave me one measly look and turned to Vho Mishumo, "Mawe we have visitors all the way from Polokwane" she said and before Vho Mishumo could answer a young girl around my age entered the room. All eyes were on her the minute she made her entrance. She looked like something that walked out of a magazine! She stood tall and had beautifully toned legs. She had fair skin and dimples that grew deeper as she smiled. Her eyes fluttered like butterflies every time she batted her eyelids. Her teeth were aligned perfectly and her smile lit up the entire palace. She looked too beautiful to be real! An illusion if you ask me. And did i mention her hair?! She had very long and rich relaxed hair that almost touched her rear. Behind her followed two older people whom i assumed were her parents. I was kinda the odd one out... After a couple of seconds i said my goodbyes and asked to be dismissed. As i was leaving the palace i waited for Thendo to walk me out but i guess he was too preoccupied by "Miss Universe" [smh]. I left the palace and made my way home. Excuse my rudeness, the girls name is Kamogelo Makgetha but everyone calls her Kamo. Her and her parents are Pedi royalty that reside in Polokwane. Their family are visiting Thoyandou for a few weeks and will be staying at the Rambau mansion. Honestly i don't know how that makes me feel... But i guess i should trust Thendo right....
