Chapter 3 - Morning

Throughout the night, I stayed paralyzed in bed with my boss, fearful that I'd awaken her and receive another 'punishment'.

This was bad enough for me, and I wasn't going to try and make it worse.

If kidnapping was a 'little' punishment, what the hell was a heavy punishment?

I couldn't even think freely, considering she was a telepathist!

All I could do was stay there and stroke her silken hair and listen to her...purr?

I couldn't describe it as anything else.

I'd never heard a human purr before, but I'd heard that Nekos purred when they were content, but I couldn't imagine where my boss had picked up this habit.

'Maybe she's a Neko.' I thought to myself briefly, before discarding the notion. Nekos had tails, ears, and often paw pads on their hands and feet.

I gave up trying to figure out why she was purring and instead chose to firmly fixate my gaze upon the ceiling so as to avoid her waking up and seeing my perverse gaze.

'That would probably result in my death.' I laughed mentally.

"Oh? What would?" My boss's sultry voice entered my ears.

I started, involuntarily jerking my arm and pulling her closer.

"Oho, are you finally ready to make me yours?" She asked playfully pressing her full length against my front.

"No, not yet." I stated firmly.

"So you will in the future?" She ran a finger down my back, sending shivers up my spine as she traced each bone. "How are you so sure I won't make you mine?"

A few images sprang to my mind, but I quickly suppressed them.

"You have quite the imagination." She crooned, still swirling her finger on my back. "Want to make it a reality?"

I sensed a trap in those words.

"Not yet." Following my intuition.

She grinned seductively, detaching herself from me and stretching sensually.

"Why don't you make me some breakfast?" She asked, splaying herself across the bed and across my lap.

Without thinking, I placed my hand on her head and started stroking her hair.

"Ara? You've managed to find one of my weaknesses!" She giggled, pulling herself up and into my lap.

'Not now, little one.' I begged my body to remain in its normal state as I continued to stroke her hair.

"You really behave like a cat." I remarked, knowing she'd hear my thoughts anyway. "It's both adorable and scary."

She half giggled, half purred, resulting in several sounds similar to a sneeze.

"Bless you." I quipped, causing her to laugh outright. A hearty laugh that wracked her body burst from her chest and caused her shapely assets to jiggle alluringly.

She pushed me down on the bed with her back, stretching her arms behind her head to hold my head in place as she used it to position herself on my front.

"Pet me more." She commanded after she got comfortable.

I continued to stroke her hair, trying to take my mind off of her plump rear pressing against my hips as I looked out her window.

Behind the translucent drapes was the very beginnings of a sunrise that coloured the sky a deep purple.

There was still a long time before the department store opened.

"Don't confine yourself to my head." She purred, dragging my left hand to her defined abs.

I complied, deciding it was time to start asking her questions while she was in a good mood.

"Where are we?" I asked, feeling her vibrations through my chest.

"My mansion." She said, beginning to hum a tune in time with her purring, creating a warbling melody that was oddly enchanting.

"What city is it closest to?" I rephrased my question.

"Barbour." She responded, continuing her strange and enchanting melody.

I decided I liked it.

In a mental slip, I began wondering how I would ask her about what her name was, forgetting she could read my mind.

"Well, I've not told many my name." She paused her melody, turning over and making herself comfortable, still laying on my chest. "My name is Aurora. Aurora Calx. I expect you to call me Aurora."

I nodded, trying to figure out where I should look, considering her head was against my chest and she was looking up at me in a manner that was both seductive and adorable.

I extended my hands and began stroking her head and back, feeling and hearing her deep purring resonate once more through my chest.

"What happened to breakfast?" I asked as she began humming once more.

"It can wait." Came the muffled response as she snuggled deeper into my chest.

I couldn't help but chuckle. Any shred of my distant and indifferent boss had long since been annihilated and was instead replaced by a warm, catlike woman that purred the same way a house cat would.

The sun continued to rise, and Aurora still showed no signs of getting up for breakfast.

I was about to say so, when she placed her hand over my mouth.

"Five more minutes." She said, her voice muffled by her cheek pressing against my chest.

"We'll be late." I protested. "The store opens in an hour! From Barbour to Yytria is a forty-five minute drive!"

"I'll just teleport us there." Aurora mumbled, lightly swatting my arm.

"You can teleport?" I asked, shocked that she knew such a high-level technique.

"Yeah." She sighed, exasperated. "You've fully awoken me with your questioning."

"I'm sorry, but I felt this was important." I said defensively.

"If you're sorry, why don't you make me breakfast?" She responded, rolling off of me and laying face up on the bed, unmoving.

"I don't know the layout of your house, though." I rebuked. "At least take me to your kitchen so that I don't end up wandering through your house for ages searching for it."

She dramatically rolled out of the bed, flopping on the floor and briefly laying there like a petulant child.

"Why don't you carry me and I'll guide you?" She suggested, stretching leisurely.

It looked as if she was going to curl right back up and go to sleep.

I picked her up, easily holding her in a princess carry and turning to the door.

"Go through the white door." Aurora directed me, making entirely certain I knew which door by pointing at it.

'There's only one exit.' I thought to myself, looking for a single possible other exit I would reasonably go through.

"There's a window." Aurora pointed out reasonably.

"Why? Why would I go through the window?" I demanded.

"I don't know." She shrugged. "Start walking."

I complied, pushing through the door, and greeting a rather surprised butler.

The butler was of the Calico breed, having orange and black splotches across her otherwise white hair and large cat ears.

She was short, standing a mere five feet tall, and built the same way a stick bug was. She was nearly nothing but skin and bones.

She wore a rather smart-looking suit that served to draw one's attention to her distinct lack of curves.

I couldn't help but compare her to an ironing board.

Aurora giggled at my thought, but I ignored it and introduced myself.

"Hi, I'm Neo."
