~NILMANI P.O.V~
"Are you seriously going out with a guy? A real mother fucking guy?" Ally asked while basically screaming at me, when Reggie "accidently" let it slip out his unzipped mouth that the new guy who we all know is Micah was intentionally mine.
Let me tell you guys how it started so recently after Reggie's football practice was finally over, we all decided to head on over to our usual hangout spot which was mainly located at the roof of our highly paid institution.
The reason for that was because we were told our professors weren't having any lessons until the afternoon. Why? Some nerds came spreading around messages saying our assigned professors will be late.
Given that the meeting they're at, is them basically reviewing some important aspect of our education. Although from my point view it will be really interesting when they discussed it with us students or our parents.
How do I know this? Well let's just say the privilege of my parents are still rising.... relax I'm joking.
I kind of took a quick glance at some files when I was in Miss Collins office some days ago.
However earlier at one point both Ally and Elly prefer going to the library instead but still there's one problem. I kind of, maybe had some form of disagreement with the librarian a couple days back so now I'm sort of banned from entering until I learn manners or apologize.
Of course my guy Reggie was already on board with the idea (he always was) but the girls were another story. Having these two girls as my friends can be a blessing and a lesson in some ways. So thinking carefully about reaching into my wallet, I had to pull out the big wild card for them to agree, which was basically my credit card for a month's supply of free stuff of anything they wanted.
While fist pumping in the air that they agree (who said money can't be your bestfriend) we began walking throughout the hallway with me in the middle having my hands in my pockets. Eyes were following us. That's all they do instead of minding their own business.
"Nilmani with his bad boy reputation," Elly joked as she winked towards a group of guys. Licking my dry lips I glared at them before they could acknowledge her, she's too good for those low life bastards anyway.
"We all know apart from me, you love the attention babe." I muttered as we made our way through the busy crowd.
"Aren't you gonna tell the girls about that new guy?" My eyes shifted towards Reggie who was munching on a candy stick. If looks could kill he would drop dead by now of how hard I'm trying to tell him to shut the fuck up with my mind.
The girls were confused as to what he stated. "Which new guy?" Ally demanded with her eyebrow raised. "Come on don't be shy Mani tell just the details," Elly winked.
"Reggie for the love of God if you ever----" I was quickly cut off when he ignored my words.

And now back to this conversation. In three, two, one. "Are you seriously going out with a guy?" I open the door that's connected to the roof.
"For the love of all things glorious! No Ally, I'm not really going out with a guy." I told her while leaning my back against the cold hard wall. Not before sending my dear friend my signature death glare. I shook my head seeing him mouthing a small apology.
However all of a sudden now that I'm having a clear thought, it felt like my words weren't chosen correctly.
Am I actually going out with Micah? Or is it just something else that I can't really explain? Do I really like him?
I'll admit that my mind has been constantly reminding me since the day I stopped writing those letters to Micah back then. I have been a small kid still over the years while growing up and going through my own hardship, gaining friends, dealing with family, and dealing with my everyday cycle of living in this world.
He never once crossed my mind. Not even once, those memories began to fade into the open breeze.
The only time he crossed my mind was when Jessi brought him up on that very day. I don't know if it's a blessing or something like a feeling I want to fade away once more.
Kicking my feet in front of me to remove the pebbles underneath my shoe, "Then what are you doing?" It was now Elly's turn to brutally interrogate me. Sighing I lifted my head towards the clear sky wishing I had my pack of cigarettes.
"Nilmani," Elly waved her hands in front of my face when I wasn't answering her. Funny how she looks like a confused puppy.
Glancing towards my three only friends in my life who were all staring at me with different emotions. "I'm just experimenting," I mumbled then began folding my arms.
"Experimenting," Reggie said before continuing "You can't experiment with love dude," he warned.
"Don't I always go with the opposite gender as in females?" I explained. "But this is somewhat different Mani, it's with the same sex. This might shift your sexuality." Ally sighed.
I was gonna comment on what she said but a strange expression emerged on Elly's face. It's as if a sudden wave just hit her. "W-Wait this is reminding me of the conversation we had a couple of days back. You were having this mental breakdown of conflicted feelings towards someone!" She shouted.
"That can't be a coincidence, right?" I heard her whisper to herself.
