They agreed that the king and some of his confidants should now proceed to sail towards the capital. Serenica had to go, as she was responsible for Spade's wellbeing. She wanted the Dreamer to come, and indeed, there was little use in having a man without functioning legs go to war. It was better if the king-captain had royalty with him in the capital to back him up.
