Tanish POV:-
After my discussion with Teja's mom. I relaxed.
She took Teja with her and left their room. Dad insisted that they can take dad's driver with them. Because of Teja's weakness, her mother agreed and left in dad's car.
We had dinner to relax.
Dad said nothing to me during dinner.
I come back to my room and lie down on my bed.
My bed still smells like her.
Oh, this girl will be the death of me.
I thought and, soon, I slept and saw her smiling at me in my dreams.
Teja POV:-
After we reach the home.
Mom took me to my room and helped me to change my dress.
That dress they gave me is beautiful.
It looks so expensive. I want to give this dress back tomorrow.
After all, we all decide to work on our project in Tanish's home.
At least, I will meet his parents every day.
I love them with my heart. I will ask about my father to the uncle.
I was in these thoughts when I heard mom, " Penny of your thoughts. Dear. "
" What are you thinking, dear? You need to rest. " Mom said when I turn my face at her.
" Mom, I found out the truth today. " I replied.
" What did you find? " Mom asked and, I told her everything that happened today and Srishti's betrayal.
When I finished describing her. She is boiling in rage
" That girl. What her parent taught her? I will not leave her after this. I will talk about this to the principal. How can he let my daughter punished for that so-called excuse? " Mom yelled. I cupped her face with my hands and, she melts.
" Mom, calm down. It was not their fault. You knew they could not be able to do anything in this incident. " I explained.
" I knew beta but, still, he had to try. He knew you had a reason. " Mom explained.
" But, I do not be to anyone to know about that bad day of my life. He asked me the reason too. " I explained and, she sighed.
" What type of mother I am that I am not able to help my daughter. " She said and, a tear fall on her right eyes and made my heart broke into pieces.
" Mom, remember one thing, you are first the best thing that happened to me. I am feeling lucky to have you as my mom and best friend. " I said and hugged her.
" Can you please make me khichdi(Polenta)? My rats in my tummy, asking for food. " I said in a childish voice.
She laughed and said, " Okay, dear, wait for me. " and she kissed me on my forehead.
She left, and Babita came.
" Di, are you alright? " She asked.
" No, I am hurt very badly. " I replied with a pained expression.
" Why di what happened? Where are you feeling pain? " She asked.
I pointed in my heart.
She looks at me with confusion. I caught her right ear and, she said, " Di, why are you hurting my ear? Leave me. it's hurt. " She replied.
" Are not you the one who told mom about my situation? " I asked and, she nodded.
" Next time, don't you dare to tell her anything. Else, you won't like the consequence. " I warned and, she nodded in a pained expression and, I left her ear.
Mom came after some time with khichdi in a bowl with sugar.
Mom knew I love sweet khichdi. I am a sweet tooth but, I can't eat much.
I ate the khichadi and took my medicines and, slept with mom.
The next day went normal or, should I say, I tried to take it as lightly because everyone saw me with pity. I hated when someone looked at me with pity.
Those two boys are good at pretending and helped me to handle everything lightly.
Yes, I am talking about Tanish and Akaash.
Although, I hate Tanish for his wrongdoing at his home. But, he helped me a lot.
After school, I came back home and ate my lunch. I took my books and notes in my backpack and left.
I came to Tanish home and saw his mom supervising their servents.
" Namaste, aunt. " I said and, she turns towards me with a smiling face.
" Oh, dear, there is no need for formalities. You are like my daughter. So, good afternoon, dear. " She replied and kissed my forehead.
" Good afternoon to you too, aunt. " I replied.
" Are you okay, now, dear? " She asked.
" Yes, aunt, I am super fine. " I replied.
" Hello, beta. " I heard a male voice.
I turn and saw Tanish's father. He is looking handsome like always. I see where Tanish takes that look.
" Hello, uncle. " I replied.
" How are you, dear? " He asked.
" I am fine, uncle. " I replied and, he too kissed me on my forehead.
" Uncle, I want to ask you about my dad. " I said and, he tensed.
Aunt put her hand on his shoulder with an encouraging look.
They turn their faces to me with a pained smile and gesture me to sit on the sofa.
He looks at me with a pained expression.
" Do you know you looked like him? You took your skin tone, features with him. " He said and, I nodded.
" But I am not looking like him because I am chubby. He was not chubby but a muscular body. " I replied and, he nodded.
" You and your older sister are his princesses. He loved Kaya a lot. But most of the misunderstanding took part, which was the reason for their fight. He was a good brother, son, father, son-in-law. But not a brother-in-law and husband. " He explained.
" He trusted your mother. He is ignorant towards Kaya because, for that reason, I fought with him when I last saw him. " He explained.
" He wanted to expand his business of photography with the help of Kaya. He respected her a lot. He praised your mother every time we met. He thought when Nirbhik got married. You guys live separately. But, you knew what happened after Nirbhik's engagement. " He explained and, I nodded.
Then we heard a voice " Teja!! " I turn and saw Akaash.
" Akaash!! " I said and, he comes in front of me.
" Akaash meet Tanish parents, Raj uncle and Rajshree aunt. " I introduced.
" Uncle, aunt, he is Akaash. " I introduced.
They did their formalities.
Soon, we saw Tanish coming downstairs.
" So, we can start working on our project. Right? " I said and, they nodded.
If you want you can use the dining room. So that. No one can disturb you all.
" Sure, aunt. " I replied and, Tanish takes us to the dining room.
I sit beside Akaash on the side chair and, Tanish sits on the head chair.
We start discussing the project.
Tanish POV:-
When Teja sat beside Akaash. It made me jealous. That Akaash smirked at me.
I know this loser loves Teja too.
So, I come towards Teja and cage her in between my arms.
I start talking to her in the book about the factors we use in our project.
She did not do anything about it and talk, naturally.
