•Y/N POV•
"I love you."
"I love you too."
"You may now kiss the bride."
The vows had been recited and there was a swift kiss to follow. Hawks was finally mine. He was my soul mate, my forever. We could finally have a happy life together.
Eighteen and happily married already. What could possibly go wrong? How could life get better?
"Don't ever leave me, Y/N." Hawks whispered into my ear, before grabbing both my hands and pulling me down the aisle with him. His wings fluttered behind him as I was pulled. Walking backwards, his eyes full of infatuation and adoring.
1 year later
"Pick your shit up, Takami Keigo!" I shouted, raising my hands to my mouth to echo the call.
"Oh, I'm sorry!" He was quick to arrive at my side and grab his books, sliding them back into our bookcase within the spacious living room.
Our studio was both modern and chic, it was quite large overall.
My glare pretty much pierced through him. Hawks was a slob, and that was not up to my expectations.
"Try and be a little cleaner, please."
Another year
"Stop being such a lazy fat bastard!" I screamed, stomping my foot down on the polished, wooden flooring.
"What, just so I can clean it up for you to bloody shout again?" He retorted, a hiss following.
"Oh, shut up." Was my response, before walking out of the apartment.
The door slammed shut behind me, and I heard a shout of frustration, followed by some crashing of items being thrown around.
My anger wouldn't subside so easily, though.
