Sunil looked at his daughter, and introduced her to his friend's family, "Shanaya, meet my friend, Ritesh Bhandari, and his wife Mitali!"
The girl looked up with a soft & polite smile, and shook hands with the couple, "Hello uncle & aunty, nice meeting you!"
"Nice meeting you too, young lady! Wish you a very happy birthday, you're looking beautiful!" The couple praised Shanaya, and wished her fondly.
Naina took a secret glance at the young man, and found him staring at her daughter, which brought a big smile on her face, "Naya!"
"Yes mom!" Shanaya responded to her mother quickly, for her to gesture towards the young man, and introduced him with the girl, "Meet him, Rehan Bhandari!"
Shanaya looked up at the young man, and sized him up for a minute before looking at his outstretched palm.
"Happy birthday, Ms. Singhania!" Rehan wished Shanaya after shaking hands with her, while the girl just nod politely, "Thanks, Mr. Bhandari!"
