The woman fell silent for sometime after listening the question, it seemed like she was lost in thoughts.
Sitara also didn't disturbed, nor interrupted her, and just decided to wait till she speaks willingly.
The woman spoke again after sometime, but this time her voice seemed anxious, "The couple didn't did anything, as they weren't even informed about their child!"
"What?!" Sitara acted to be shocked with the reply to not raise any suspicion in the woman.
She noticed the girl's bewildered expression, and continued, "Yeah! I still remember that night clearly! After we finished the operation, we were ready to step out & inform the couple, but...!!"
"But?!"
"The doctor received a phone call just before any of us could leave!" The woman replied while remembering the night's happening.
Sitara furrowed her brows in interest, "From?!"
