In a empty space, a pair of eyes opened.
It doesn't look like a human, it looked like a ball of light.
It seems to be looking at something. Yet, at the same time, seems to be lost in thoughts.
It stares at the my soul that was floating in front of it.
'You survive my guards.' The ball of light sent it's thoughts to the soul.
'Let me see him.' I thought, as it's will was still strong.
'Who are you to him? A girlfriend?' The ball of light seemed interested.
'His like my brother. He didn't deserve that kind of death.' I sounded sorrowful.
'Oh? Both of you are always just causing trouble for everyone..'
'Those times are the greatest.'
'The war sure killed many people. Both physically and mentally. It breaks relationships, or make stronger ones.'
'Why did a war start? How will it end?'
'How did the war start? Maybe his death will help you find out. How will it end? That is something you must find out, but not by yourself. With a side you must choose.'
'Can I still see him? Other dimensions exist right?'
'I can show you, but he can't see you.'
'I still want to.'
'You are just going to hurt yourself more.'
'I don't care.' I sounded firm.
'You only get a minute.' When it said that, I saw my view changed.
I saw many houses, then I saw a boy that looked different from who I know, yet I can feel it was him.
He looked so happy, as he ran around. Acting like his age, when I saw it. My imaginary face smiled, warm tears flowed down from my face.
I wish I could have been with him, running around and playing catching.
Then, the view changed as I saw the ball of light again.
'One minute passed so fast.' I said.
'I shall sent you back to your body now. But what you see here or did here. Your memory will be hazy. Only the scene of what you saw will remind.'
Without any warning, she returned back to her body.
She look at the destruction around her. Only realising the reality she is in.
Clutching her fiat tightly, her eyes glowed a faint colour.
The scene she just saw.
The boy for a moment saw water dripping.
Then a older girl came out of the house, she also saw the water dripping. She felt like she saw something leaving that spot.
The brother ran to her, "Tag! Your it!"
For a moment, she saw another scene overlapped.
She look towards his happy brother, for a moment.
A boy that looked burnt, his eyes was dull and was on the brink of death.
The scene disappeared but the feeling was still lingering in her heart.
Seeing her happy brother, she felt more happy.
As she grinned, ran towards him. Chasing him around.
