Emerald's extremely loud alarm blared to life from across her room. She groaned as she blinked and rubbed her emerald green eyes as she slowly got up out of bed and shuffled over to turn off her alarm. She took off her curly green wig from last night to expose her natural auburn hair which was straightened but in a frizzy and messy state because of the wig she wore for last night's events.
After turning off her insufferable alarm clock she then quickly hopped into the shower. As soon as she got out she re-straightened her hair. It was back to its straightened form in a matter of minutes the frizzy auburn hair was now back to its sleek and shining form. She changed into her clothes for her morning classes, her feeling giddy and excited remembering last night's events and how extremely easy it was.
'That's the easiest money I've ever made in my life!' she thought as she put on her clothes for today. A black t-shirt, blue jean shorts with a flannel shirt tied around her waist, she picked up her brown leather bag and began walking to class. 'I about got two thousand five hundred dollars last night! Probably a bit more with the smaller donations! It was so easy and I guess it was kinda fun and exciting to have people watching me do that kinda stuff.'
Emerald was so deep in her thoughts that she wasn't even paying attention to her surroundings. She didn't notice the figure in dark blue following closely behind her all the way to the same classroom she had just entered.
Emerald was sitting silently listening to the lecture the professor was giving taking notes when she thought she needed to, when she felt a pair of eyes burning into the back of her skull. She felt it earlier but it wasn't as intense as it is now. It caused shivers to run down her back.
It was beginning to unnerve Emerald just a tad so she whipped around in her seat, getting a few odd stares as she did so, to look for anyone staring at her but alas she couldn't find anyone and faced forward once more to pay attention. The eyes returned once more but she didn't turn around this time she ignored the burning eyes and focused on her notes until the class was over.
Emerald was packing up her stuff and getting ready to head to her next class when she was stopped by someone clearing their throat beside her. Emerald looked toward the owner of whoever cleared their throat and saw a girl. Emerald recognized the girl from the shared morning class that they have, the girl sat two or three rows above her. Emerald had never talked to this girl before so it was kinda weird to see this girl standing right next to the girl, she didn't even know the girl personally.
"I'm sorry am I in your way?" Emerald asked the girl feeling confused, but shook it off as she looked away from the smaller girl to make sure she had everything before moving, but the girl stopped her dead in her tracks as she started moving.
"Cloud Nine?" the girl asked making Emerald's eyes widen and quickly whip around to pull the girl in closer and whisper to her.
"Please please please do not ever use that name here ever again. My name is Emerald Haven alright?" Emerald asked the girl to which the girl threw her hands up and nodded.
"Sorry I didn't know your actual name and I wanted to know you. My name is Tamari Black, but you can call me Tai." the girl now known as Tai said. Tai stuck her hand to shake. Emerald gave Tai a quick glance over, the girl had long dark brown hair with some of it covering her forehead, she had a dark blue headband in her hair, she has caramel skin. She wore a dark blue t-shirt that matched her headband and black ripped jeans which exposed more of her caramel brown skin.
"It's nice to officially meet you."
Emerald smiled nervously and shook Tai's hand, a jolt of electricity running through both of their hands. Tai's wide brown eyes light up in excitement and she smiles, "Nice to meet you too Tai." Emerald chuckled nervously. She was still nervous as she pulled her hand away from Tai's own, "Sorry if you'd excuse me I have to-"
"May I have your number? Since you're kinda famous already it'll be cool for me to say I personally know a celebrity and also it'll be cool to have you as a friend." Tai said innocently, "It's ok if you don't wanna give me your phone number, I just wanted to ask you." Tai played with her hands and tore her brown eyes away from Emerald's emerald green eyes.
'She seems polite and nice enough to be trusted. She could have yelled my CamGirl name and I could've been exposed.' Emerald looked over Tai once more before pulling out her phone, 'Nothing bad can come from this.' "Here." Emerald handed her phone over to Tai and Tai handed Emerald her phone typing in each of their numbers.
They handed their phones back to the right owner. Emerald saved Tai as Tai. Tai saved Emerald as Mine.
"Excuse me but I really have to go or ill be late to my next class. It was nice meeting you Tai!" Emerald called out as she began running down the stairs. Tai waved and shouted a goodbye just as Emerald left and closed the door.
Tai gave a sinister smile as soon as the door closed shut before wiping that look off her face and walking out of the classroom, back to her dorm room.
Emerald hurried to her next morning class and made it just in the nick of time and found an open seat walking as the teacher for this class and listened to the teacher drone continuously on in today's lecture.
