Xiu Jie had some more snow on his shoulders as he headed back to the gate. He opened the gate without dusting away the snowflakes.
Seeing the gate was opened again, Gu Zhenkang understood that the message had been passed through, and that he could walk in to talk the deal with Gu Chaoyan. So he could not wait to walk in. He had not been very happy to wait in this terrible weather. He had hoped to warm himself inside.
Seeing that he was about to walk in, Xiu Jie stopped him with his sizeable body.
