Judging from the serious look on the Dean's face, Gu Chaoyan was sure that something had gone wrong. She had not spent much time with the Dean, but she knew him well. Most of the time, the man was cheerful and relaxed, he only got serious when something big happened.
"What happened?" Gu Chaoyan asked.
The Dean looked around, moved his lips yet uttered no words. Instead, he said with a small whisper, "Just come with me and take a look!"
Then he turned to Li Yuanxiang. "Yuanxiang, do hasten with herb making, we need a lot of herbs these days."
Li Yuanxiang also sensed that something serious was going on, but she did not show any curiosity at what the Dean wanted Gu Chaoyan for, but put away the presents Gu Chaoyan gave to her, nodded and said, "I got it, Dean."
Assured, the Dean was about to leave with Gu Chaoyan.
