Su Li didn't get angry either. She folded her arms and looked at him. "Mr. Wei, don't you think you're taking things out of context a bit?"
"If you're not going home, where do you want to go?" Wei Chengfeng pinched her slightly pale cheek, but his tone lacked the sharpness from before. "For someone who habitually runs away from home, I don't think it's too far-fetched for me to think this way, don't you agree?"
Su Li swatted his hand away. "Habitually runs away from home?"
"Isn't it?"
"It's not, of course, it's not." Su Li shook her head, denying firmly. "This is just a normal outing to clear my mind, that's not the same as running away from home, okay?"
"Without my nod of approval, it's considered as running away from home."
Su Li's mouth twitched, and she turned to walk back to the ward. "Enough, let's not argue here and avoid making a spectacle."
Back in the ward, Su Li went to the bathroom to change back into her own clothes, after which there wasn't much to pack.
