Si Chen was so angry he laughed, "You... hey, what a joke you're making. Do you really dare to say it? Why on earth should I do household chores for you? You're way too brazen!"
After a pause, he added another sentence, "Also, I have no interest in living in your house. Even if I said I wanted to stay at your place last night, I don't want to now."
"So, you won't agree to this term, will you??" Shi Mu glared at him, arms gently folded.
"Of course, I won't agree!" Si Chen lifted his chin defiantly as if to say do whatever you want, I'm not playing along with you.
"Fine," Shi Mu nodded and then looked squarely at him, his attitude suddenly changing, "If you don't want to do housework, then don't. It's just a matter for a part-timer anyway. I just thought you might not like someone invading our personal space, so, in that case, let the part-timer handle everything."
