{Jenny's POV}
I opened my eyes slowly. It was bright so I had to squint my eyes a few times before I regained my sight again. My body aches and my head was hurting. I gazed at my surroundings and instantly I knew I was at the hospital. I tried to recall what had happened before I was lying here.

~ Flashback starts ~
My manager just quits and I don't know if I can find a new replacement immediately. I massaged my temple gently. My headache was taking its toll on me. My vision was getting a bit blurry.
It's dark already. "What time is it?" I whispered. I looked at my phone but the battery runs out. "Shit, my phone's dead. Hey, what time is it?" I asked one of my employees.
"It's almost closing time, Ms. Jenn," Closing time was at 9 pm.
I got so carried away with the current problem I'm facing, I forgot about the time. "WHAT? Oh no, I'm late. You guys can close the cafe for today right? I'll see you tomorrow," I muttered. I waved them goodbye, gather my things, and left the cafe.
I plug in the USB on my car and charged my phone. "I completely forgot to tell Rylee about leaving the hospital. Megan must be alone right now," I thought. I waited for a few minutes until my phone was turned on before I drive back to the hospital.
My phone was ringing non-stop and it's making my headache worse. I glanced at the caller ID and it's Rylee. Did something happen to Megan? I sighed and answer the phone. "Hello, Ry I am driving right now, I'll get back to you..." Suddenly a bright light appeared and something crashed on the side of my car. I was stunned. It happened so quickly. The next thing I knew, my vision was slowly turning dark, and I blackout.

I felt something heavy on my arm. I slightly lifted my head and look at a figure beside me. Her warm brown hair falls on her delicate face. I knew exactly who she was.
"Poor girl. She must have been waiting for me to wake up," I whispered.
My arm was feeling kinda stuffy so I tried to move it slowly without waking Rylee up. I struggled a little bit because this big baby head was kinda weighing on my arm.
"Aunt Jenn? How are you feeling?" A soft husky voice appeared. I flinched a little bit. "Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you," she said. Rylee's awake.
"I'm feeling okay. Just a little aching here and there. How did you know I was hospitalized?" I asked in confusion.
She smiled. "I was here the whole day with mom. I was about to leave when I call you. When our call suddenly got disconnected, I was worried sick that something bad might had happened to you so I stayed in case you call back but you never did. Around midnight, I went up to the rooftop to release some tensions I've been holding up and that's when I heard some nurses were talking about you so I rushed to the ER."
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming to the hospital. I could've come as soon as possible," I retorted.
"Well, mom said you had some business to deal with, and I don't want to disturb you. That's why I didn't call,"
I shook my head. "You could at least texted me,"
"I'm glad you're okay. Nothing serious to your injury. I'll let you rest now, see you later Aunt Jenn," she muttered and stood up from where she was sitting down. She bent down to kiss me on the forehead and head towards the elevator.
I waved her goodbye and watched as she disappeared from my sight. I rest my eyes and tried to sleep back. I am just thankful that I didn't die last night.
