"So, where's the bar?" I asked impatiently.
"Woah, chill. First of all, you owe me for saving your life. Secondly, I won't tell you for free," he muttered.
What a jerk! I thought to myself. "You know what, I don't need your help. I will find it myself. Goodbye," I was annoyed and walk past him.
"Are you sure? I've been there. So, I know where it is," He's trying hard to get my attention.
"No thanks," I said without looking back.
"Yeah, sure. But if you change your mind, I'll be around here," I could feel him smirking at me.
I continue walking and looking around but I couldn't find the oh-so-called special bar around that area. I started to get more frustrated.
I passed a few more buildings. "You know what, this is stupid. Screw that bar. I'm not gonna waste my time to look for that stupid place," I muttered and left home.
After reaching back to my apartment, I felt kind of uneasy. So, I hurriedly took a shower and get dressed. This time I dress up more appropriately for a bar. *wink*
I drove my car back to the location where I left the guy last time. Parked my car and got out.
I started to look around for him but he's not there. "Hm, maybe this was a bad idea coming back here," I thought as I walk back towards my car.
"I knew you'd come back,"
A familiar voice approaches me from behind. I turned my head and saw his handsome face. Those emerald green eyes are mesmerizing.
"You startled me. Where the heck did you come from," I asked.
"From your heart" He replied with a giggle.
I rolled my eyes. "Whatever,"
"So, have you decided to, you know, buy me a drink or something for saving your life?" He smirked.
"As if. I'm here to find that stupid bar but I decided that I don't want to look for it anymore," I said in annoyance.
"Oh really? But you sure dress to impress tonight," he muttered with a smile.
Damn those smiles! I thought. My heart was beating fast. I quickly shooed the thoughts away.
"Ugh, fine. Show me the bar and I might buy you a drink or maybe not. We'll see when we get there. Don't you dare to try to play a trick on me," I muttered?
He didn't say much and just started to walk towards the alley. Just like that, a beautiful retro bar appears, like magic.
How odd. What's up with this retro thing going on. Is this a new trend nowadays? First a retro diner, now this? I questioned myself.
"Are you gonna get in the bar or you just gonna stand there and talk to yourself all night?" Ash's question brought me back to my senses.
I didn't realize that I was speaking to myself.
"Yeah, coming," I responded and followed him inside the bar.
