Burrow Dragons were a very special group. They were specialized Heroes who almost never appeared in Jianghu, only interacting with a few familiar Heroes. Their purpose was to collect the tiny amounts of uranium element in poor mines to provide Martial Artists with fission fuel.
With a fission reactor, a Martial Artist could either leap to greatness in one step by creating a powerful Prosthetic Body, or they could collect deuterium and tritium from seawater for fusion fuel and use the fission reactor to ignite the fusion reactor.
It could be said that the existence of Burrow Dragons allowed the Jianghu of Earth to slowly give birth to powerful Heroes capable of surpassing a major threshold.
Although the process was slow, it ensured that some did emerge.
