It was a sultry day. The town of Sedron was in its usual day. People from outside the town were going in their carriage and, the townsfolk were leaving their homes in their vehicles.
The hooves and the wheels of the carriages leave marks on the soft, brown earth. Everything was in its usual state, people chattering outside their backyards, residents going in and out of stores.
Our little lady, Alicia, honestly told her parents that she's going to town to practice her swordsmanship in a friend's house. The couple's face brightened as soon as they heard the word 'friend.'
Two days had passed after the abduction of the poor family. The kind elderly lady waited and waited for them, but they never came.
"Ah, Sally," running over the white fence of her neighbor, "you remember the kids and their big sister, right?"
The friendly smiling neighbor nodded her head.
