All of the dragons were all looking at each other, as I could tell that a lot of them were quite a bit worried as well. I did not blame them for being so either, as if I was going to be honest, I was not even quite sure what it was that could be going on right now.
As Socra got off of the cliff, many dragons looked around at each other, as it was clear that a lot of them were scared, and many of them were looking for answers too. I saw a lot of them look over at me, as if I was going to tell them all of Socras plans.
I sometimes want went on through peoples heads at times like this, when for some reason, they always looked over at me, as if I knew all of this, and I was going to tell them all of it as well. If I even did know what was going on, I most certainly would not tell them what it was.
I was a bit worried like all of them though, for once, as I was a bit worried as to what it could possibly be. I did not see much of a look on the face of hers, but it was quite often that she did not show any emotion, so that did not surprise me one bit.
I felt like something might have happened to my father, but at the same time, I also knew that the leader was to always tell the family first, when a dragon had passed along. Unless, in this case, it was the actual leader of the tribe that might have been killed.
I shook my head at the same time though, as I knew that it could not be the case. I knew that Socra would have told me about that. Maybe it was something that was completely different, and it might not have anything to do with me in the first place.
I closed my eyes, as I knew that there were a lot of heads pointed at me at the moment, and I did not want to look back at all of them. I was starting to get a bit tired of that. Unlike a lot of young dragons, in my case, I did not want to be the leader of the tribe.
It was far too much stress on me, to do my best at all times. I felt like I was beginning to realize how my father had felt when my brother had passed on. He had to step up to his whole tribe, and act like all was fine, and that they could get through it together.
I was scared and I was not sure what it was that I should do at the moment, as I began to shake a bit. I wanted to go back to the cave, and lay to rest, and shake all of it off, but at the same time, I also knew that it would not be a good look for me.
I should not be skipping training like this to get a little bit of rest, or else a lot of the tribe might get the same idea, that it was okay to do that whenever it pleased them. I knew that I had to set a good example for my whole tribe at the same time too.
I opened my eyes, as to my surprise, a lot of dragons were not really looking at me right now, like I might have thought would have been the case. I looked at my friends that were with me as well, at the same time too, as it did not seem that they were paying me any attention either.
I realized why that might the case right away, as I heard a loud voice from right behind me, begin to speak to the entire tribe. I looked around, to see who it was that was speaking, as I saw that it was a large warrior dragon, that stepped up to the tribe.
It was what happened every night, as I was beginning to realize that all was going back to normal, and not as many dragons had scared, or worried looks on their faces any longer, as they all had their heads turned to the dragon that was speaking to the tribe.
I looked around for a bit longer, as I then began to relax myself a bit, as I turned my head over to the dragon that was talking, and I listened to what it was that he had to say to all of us, at the same time as well.
"Everyone, get into your groups! You all know where to go!" He yelled to all of the dragons in the tribe, almost as if he were angry too. It surprised me a bit, as I saw a lot if dragons move back, as if it had scared many of them, funny enough, as he looked away from the whole tribe, and then he walked over to where it was that he needed to go, to lead his own, older sector.
I looked away at the same time too, as I looked at all of my friends, as I saw that many of them were still a bit scared, as to what it was that Socra had said, though they did not look to me for any answers, as at this point, they knew better not to.
If I even were to know what it was that she was going to tell the tribe, I would not tell any of them anyways. I shook my head, as I saw that all of them were going to the sector that was a bit of a large clearing, that was not too far away from camp.
I began to follow all of them at the same time, though at a bit of a much slower pace, as I felt like I needed to think to myself at the same time too. I wondered what it was that Socra had to tell the whole tribe, that she felt like she did not have to tell me first.
What good was a deputy, if the leader was not going to tell them what it was that they had in mind. I blinked a few times, as I saw the group that I was following, was going at a much faster pace than I was, and they were almost out of my vision through the woods.
As I was walking, I looked around to see all that was around me for a few moments, as it did not take long, nor much effort to start to catch up to the rest of the group that was ahead of me. As I grew just a little bit closer to them, suddenly something jumped down that nearly scared me to death.
I was about to yell for help, when I realized that it was just my friend Lunk, who also happened to be the leader of our little group too. I stopped, as I was a bit confused as to why he had jumped down like that, almost as if he were trying to scare me on purpose.
He looked at me for a few moments, as I saw him shake his head at me at the same time too. I was a bit confused as to what was going on, as I thought that he might be trying to test me for some odd reason or another. He then began to speak to me, after a little bit more time passed.
I also realized why he had been standing there for quite some time, as I then realized that he was waiting for the rest of our group to get a safe distance ahead of us, so that they could not hear what it was that he had to say to me.
After a bit more time passed, I nodded for him to go ahead and say what it was that he had to say to me in the first place. He nodded back to me, as he dipped his head down low a bit, and then he began to speak, as I listened to what it was that he had to say.
"I know it is a bit much, but with all that is about to happen... I am going to need your help..."
