Opening his eyes Vick could see and feel that he was surrounded by some type of slime, and for some reason, he wasn't able to see as well as he normally did.
The Last thing that Vick could remember was that he was doing a late-night delivery before blacking out and coming here.
While going over his recent memories Vick could see some other set of memories that weren't his but were put there by someone.
From what he saw from his new memories was that he was a newborn demon that had a low-rank bloodline and was currently in the demon world.
The demon world was a place where all low-rank bloodline demons started out before either dying or ranking up and leaving.
To be able to rank up a demon needed to reach a certain level of strength to be forcefully thrown out from the demon world, as for what happened after you were thrown out the memories didn't say.
There were only two ways to form a demon to get stronger apparently one would be to devour the soul of others, and the other would be to do demon contracts.
It was safer to do demon contracts because devouring a soul can change a demon's personality and mess with their thoughts more. As for how to get a contract, the memories also didn't mention it.
Vick spent a few hours searching for more information in the memories but still didn't get much information. He was pretty sure that his parents that gave him the memories didn't give out that many because to it Vick was just more competition.
From what he gathered the Demon world was constantly overpopulated with low-rank demons everywhere, and some had even formed groups to hunt other demons.
While in his thoughts Vick could feel someone bump into him, he knew that he was still being born so that meant that he probably had a twin living with him the egg.
Twin eggs were rare and dangerous to be born in, in twin eggs the nutrient that supposed to belong to one demon is split into two, and by the time both demons are born there weaker than their peers by a lot.
'Just my luck, not only am I reborn as a demon. But I'm probably going to probably die once I'm born'
Vick thought, from his memories he knew that he was in an egg pile, filled with thousands of demon eggs that all hatch at the same time. Once all the demons hatch it will be their first fight for survival.
The losers are killed and eaten while the winners either run away or stay to eat the souls and bodies of the ones that died.

Hearing that he was finaly getting system Vick couldn't help but finally feeling happy for once, with a system he would at least have some type of chance of surviving the upcoming battle.

Vick had aleardy thought of hatching early, and killing someone demons that weren't hatched yet, not only would it limit the competition but he could also use thier sould to some modifications points.
A plan began forming in Vick's mind about what he would once he hatched early, as for his twin he had some mixed feelings.
On one hand his twin was a demon so threes was a chance that it would have fought him the moment it born, there's also the fact that this might be the only real family he would ever see in this world and his past world with being an orpahn in both.
After thinking for a while Vick decided that he would abandoned his twin for a greater chance of survival, if his twin did survive in the future and they some how crossed paths he would take them under his wing.

Once he put in the command Jake could feel something flowing through him, he could immediately tell that he was growing and his body was getting stronger.
After a few moments he could feel that he was cramped in the egg that he was in, his twin was right behind him being squashed to the corner of the egg because of how large Vick had just gotten.
Vick immediately started trying to break out of the egg, it was now time for his birth
